By adding essential oils within massage allows for the oils to be both absorbed and inhaled enhancing the effects.   

The warm basalt stones are a wonderful way of recharging energy points enabling balance within the body.

The combined heat & massage allows for a deeper muscle relaxation. The gentle pressure from the stones, along with the accompanying massage, has the effect of wiping out tension and leaving a sense of floatation and deep relaxation.

As an attuned Reiki practitioner I act as a 'channel' that allows the energy to pass through for healing. With minimal physical contact I will use my hands to deliver energy to your body to energetically become, physically, emotionally and spiritually balanced.
